So email is declining among teens. I think that makes sense, but other than “social” types of messaging what are teens doing? I think what we’re finding is that email is becoming more formal and specific. It will continue to be a solid business tool, but other channels are spreading our communications out. Facebook has an interesting strategy to combine messages, but I’m not sure if people will really want that. It will be interesting to see. Regardless, what’s your email strategy for marketing or communications with your apartments? Are you measuring those efforts?
